Jump Roping

Which is better: to jump rope everyday for 30 minutes OR jump rope for only 3 days a week for an hour?
BTW I’m trying to lose weight.

    Can you actually jump rope for an hour straight? After 20min or so my calves are done!

    IMO everyday is better than 3x/week.

    Jump roping is a great workout but I would suggest doing HIIT training 5 days a week for 15 minutes. Jump rope is pretty high impact so if you can do it on a mat with good shoes.
