Which is better: to jump rope everyday for 30 minutes OR jump rope for only 3 days a week for an hour?

Can you actually jump rope for an hour straight? After 20min or so my calves are done!
IMO everyday is better than 3x/week.0 -
Jump roping is a great workout but I would suggest doing HIIT training 5 days a week for 15 minutes. Jump rope is pretty high impact so if you can do it on a mat with good shoes.1
