Changing life to be consistent

Hi everyone. My name is steph. I have struggled with my weight since I was a teenager. I am for sure a food addict! I have lost the weight before only to gain it back again muliple times. On my journey I realize I need to be consistent with what I choose to do. I came across the Chris and Heidi Powell carb cycling and I am actually really enjoying it. It fits my lifestyle and it deters me from all my food addiction wants because I feel full throughout the day. I'm in need of some support on be here. I have roughly 110 pounds to lose.

    Welcome! General support is great, but first make sure you've picked a diet/exercise regimen you need support just to be on. And maybe ask yourself if "food addiction" is a good help in overcoming eating issues, or in fact giving food power over you.

    That's also my issues staying consistent, i'll start out good for a few days them when it gets hard I stop!! My husband is supportive but I just give up so i'm currently encouraging myself and watching a lot of YouTube videos to keep me motivated!!

    Then don't start out good, make a good plan instead, one that you can see yourself stick to, instead of relying on motivation which you know doesn't last.

    Tootie I listen to motivational you tube videos every morning to get me on the right page for the day. I absolutely love it. I am also reading a book called "The Morning Miracle" it had helped me a lot to get on the right page in the morning 😍
