Well sure. But you don't need fruits and veggies for that. I'd argue that you can get all of your vitamins and minerals from animal sources, and often the bioavailability is even better as well.6

Micros are important agreed. I love vegetables and I prefer not to eat fruit and save my carbs for ice cream or something more fun lol1

Food > supplements for nutrition. I'm with you on the fruits and veggies: Varied, colorful, and plenty of them.
Others obviously control their own intake - we're all grown-ups on this bus - but the above is my personal preference.1
