Hi Everyone! My name is Chantel and I’m turning 30 on Sunday. I’ve decided to get back into shape as a present to myself lol. My son was delivered via c-section in 2012 and I’ve struggled with my weight since. I’m not too big but all of my weight is in my tummy. Also, I was recently put on a medication that I’ll be taking for the rest of my life due to very high cholesterol. Doc said it’s hereditary and there’s very little that can be done. Anyway, I’ve come to my fitness pal in hopes to changing my lifestyle into a more healthier one. I would greatly appreciate you guys’ support. Thanks 🏋🏾‍♀️❤️

    Sorry to hear about your cholesterol but that can be cured through eating more healthy fats and exercising for the rest of your life drug companies want to make money doctors are needed but God ways are better
