How many cals do I eat?

I've set my goal to 1890 cals pr. day. I have a Fitbit Iconic connected to my MFP. I run and lift weights for an hour every day. I've been doing this for 4 months and every other day for 6 months before that. Still my bellyfat won't budge. ( I've been strictly Keto for a year now)
MFP calculates that I have about 3000 cals remaining and sometimes a little more.
My question is this. Do I follw my set goal or am I allowed to eat my remaining cals and still lose weight?

You have to log your food intake correctly for any of those numbers to mean anything. Are you using a food scale?

You said belly fat... Do you mean you have lost weight but not in the belly or do you mean you haven't lost weight at all?
Unfortunatelly we cannot choose where we loose weight, the same way we don't choose where we carry most of our fat. Some people have big belly and matchstick like legs, other people carry everything in the butt.

If you are loosing weight (as per your scale), don't worry and keep going, eventually it will work out.

If you are not loosing weight (Still as per the scale) you might be logging innacuratelly your food (Do you have a food scale, do you enter every single thing that you consume?)

did you let MFP give you a calorie recommendation for your goal?

What have been your results for the last 4 months? If you have been eating on average 1890 calories a day and steadily losing 1lb a week for the past 4 months, then your TDEE is 2390. Similar logic can be applied to your actual rate of loss/gain.

I highly doubt with running and lifting weights for an hour a day, you are burning 5000 calories a day. Lifting weights doesn't really burn much calories. For me, running usually burns about 100 calories per mile.

    Thanks for your reply everyone.
Yes I'm using a food scale and always log correctly everything I eat. I only eat recepies that I have logged myself using the scale.
Today I have according to Fitbit burned almost 4000 cals and I still have 3 hours to sleep and a good walk ahead of me.
It's mostly bellyfat I'm seeing but to tell you the truth I'm just overweigt. I'm 185 cm ( whats that, about 6 feet) and I weigh around 95 kg. I've actually gained around 5 kg since I started but I can tell that a big part of that is muscle gain. I'm just not losing fat.
Just now MFP tells me that my total remaining cals for today are 3850. Can that be right?

You are likely reading something wrong for eating calories left.

Very active you could burn close to 4000 - but that is probably not correct either.

Fitbit can be decent estimate for average folks - and it can be way off if you have extremes in the direction it's going to estimate poorly with.
