Hello, I am Kiley, but people call me KC. I usually have a hard time staying on something, but if I don’t start dieting I might get a slip disc (I already have back spasms) I am just looking for friends and support, and I am also willing to be a friend and give support. Thank you.

    Hi KC! I think part of staying on a plan is to forgive yourself if you “mess up” one day, and keep moving forward! I’d love to be your friend and we can motivate each other! I know it’s hard and I am on the same boat!

    Hi there - I'm new to this site and just figuring it all out. I have used an online program in the past and found connecting with people was a huge part of me staying on track, so pls count me in! I'm wondering if anyone is interested in a group check-in type thing, share weekly success, struggles etc, weigh-in. I looked on the groups page but the groups are really large, not sure best way to go about that.
