    Challenge starting weight June 21 - 151.2
    Ultimate goal - 145.0 (range between 142-148)

    July 5: TRAVELING -- off to row the Wild & Scenic Rogue River
    July 8: Back home -- 146.6
    July 12: 144.8 -- I have hit my final goal, and as of today will start maintenance.
    July 19: TRAVELING -- off to row the Wild & Scenic Rogue River (lap two of three)
    July 23: Back home -- 148.8 -- How did THAT happen?
    July 26: 147.0 -- Still in my goal range, but by the tiniest amount. I guess I enjoyed all the food and drink on the river trip!
    Aug 2: 145.4
    Aug 9: TRAVELING -- SCUBA trip in the California Channel Islands -- 145.0 on August 11 when I got back.

    I worked hard for this week's loss.
    Had a work lunch outing yesterday. Was so proud of myself that I ate only my salad while everyone else was eating all the free bread. Now that's an NSV!!

    I'm pretty proud of my weight loss so far, even if it does appear to be slow. I don't count calories because I find it frustrating and time-consuming (for me), so instead I try to just be mindful of what I do (or don't!) eat. Although that means it's a bit slower than it could be, I've been steadily losing a bit of weight by doing this (instead of counting calories for two weeks, getting frustrated, giving up, and gaining the weight back).

    Also: I'm so proud of everyone's achievements so far!

    Aug 16: 248.6 I'm really happy with this. I think it's being masked a little by water retention (TOM + way too much sodium yesterday + intense workout). I feel good that even with all of that, I'm still down 1.2 lbs.

    July 12: 148.7 ....considering we had our wedding cake tasting last night, this is okay!
    July 19: 146.9 YAASSSS! hopefully I can keep it together this weekend on vacation!
    July 26: 146.6 spoiler alert, I did not keep it together on vacation :D worked so hard the last 3 days to net a loss from last week!

    Okay... I'm getting pretty frustrated. In the past four weeks all I've lost is 1.4 lbs. Does anyone have any words of wisdom for this?

    Are you weighing everything you eat? What is your deficit? Are you eating back all of your exercise calories? What are your stats (age, height, goal weight, etc)? I sent a friend request to look at your diary and hopefully try and help. We can figure this out!

    I met my goal challenge of -10 ! WooHoo!! I'm really proud of how I've stayed focused with eating correctly, pushing myself with my workouts and drinking lots of water! I'm going to bump my goal up to -20. I can do this!!!!

    @MsBeverleyH Try changing up your workout routine. I suggest Jillian Michael's 30-day shred. It's 22minutes/day and is amazing!!

    I’m Megan and I’m just using MFP to be in a calorie deficit and track my exercise. I'm excited to be making health a part of my summer of fun! I started at 154lbs and hope to lose at least 24 for my ultimate goal!
