Choose free weights and barbells over machines every single time. You'll see much better results and possible be surprised at how weak you are (specifically: bodyweight rows versus the lat pulldown).0

Yup! I almost always use free-weights & barbells... I just feel like there's a lot more room to change things up and challenge your muscles in different ways as opposed to sitting at the same old machines day in, day out!0 -
