    Not off to the best start this month. I'm shocked I didn't gain this week to be honest. It's been crazy around our house with back-to-school stuff and kids' activities. With school starting tomorrow, I'm hoping I can find more time for meal prepping and exercise.

    Hi! I did this challenge in July, very proud of myself! :)

    Total loss for July : -7.1 lbs.

    Here is for August:

    August starting weight (29.07): 164.9
    August goal : 156.0

    August 5 - 162.5 - I ate quite a lot but was also very active. happy the scale agrees :)
    August 12 - no scale this week so who knows?

    I was just posting my stats.
    I refreshed and saw your post and thought it was mine.
    Very similar to yours.
    My weigh-in this morning is 116.6.
