Hello all! Im currently 125 looking to get down to 115-110. Im 5 ft 3

Does anyone have any tips to lose the last 10? I know many people have told me that I cannot have as many carbs as this site will let me to lose the last 10 :O

I lift 2 times a week, run, and am taking physical training 3 times a week :]

While you might have a better experience than I, I can tell you that the last 10 took about as long as the prior 30, for me. I had to keep trying different things before those last few would get the heck off of me, such as "zig zagging", increasing net cals, increased water consumption, change balance of cardio vs strength and more.

Even if you do plateau, persevere. You will prevail at some point.

zig-zagging is the plan i'm using for my last 12 lbs. See the blogs linked on my about me section

i've also upped the strength training to 3x a week (hitting all major muscle groups and lifting HEAVY (for me) weights)

Agree with what has been posted but I think MFP has our carbs set too high and even resetting everything to 40% carbs, 30% fat and protein, I still don't eat all the carbs allowed (and I love them!) The last 10 lbs. are hard but strength training is key although the scale might go up a little bit at first (which is my biggest issue!).

I am in the exact same situation...add a pound or two. I'm 126.5 and want to be 117. I'm 5'3" as well. It took me 2 months to lose the 15 pounds I use to have and now the scale won't budge. Hopefully someone offers some good advice!
