Grenade flapjack bars

I’ve taken a liking to the Grenade Fused Fruit flapjack bar. They taste great and are affordable for me. But I’m not sure it’s the best, nutritionally?
Per bar,
30g carb, of which 8.6g sugar
18g protein
7.5g fibre
1.2g saturated fat
I’m not a nutrition expert, could anyone offer an opinion and/or any alternative choices? I do enjoy a bar with my morning coffee. 🙂

You can't look at single foods like that. Look at your diet as a whole, does it fit in easily, does it help your reach your nutritional goals?2

There’s nothing quite like this forum to make you feel like you’ve asked a stupid question.2

For some perspective, I lost about 80lbs before hubby got on board to lose weight, also. He would always ask me, "Is this bad?" or "Is this healthy?" My answer would always be, "Does it fit your goals." He got super annoyed with this question, but it was the only answer I could think to give. Sometimes I would look at the label and say, "It wouldn't work for me today, but it looks really good so I might make room for it tomorrow or this weekend." Sometimes I would look at the label and say, "I can swap this for that because this looks better/yummier to me."
It took about six months before that really clicked for him, too. It's certainly not to make you feel stupid...it's just...food (to me) is about fitting my goals, not whether it's good or bad. I eat all sorts of food as long as it fits my goals (that was even a handful of marshmallows last night before bed time because YUM).2
