Have you tried eating more calories? You gain weight by consuming more calories than you burn. Apetamin is just another diet industry scam.1

Start with this thread. Every single posture who has used apetamin on this forum has already come back complaining about he loads of belly fat they got or it didn't work at all.
Besides, if you have to rely on a stimulant, you will never learn how to eat to maintain your gains. So do it right the first time by having a moderate surplus and follow a progressive overload lifting program so you just don't gain fat.

If you track your food you can figure just how many calories you need to gain. Then eat calorie dense food to meet that number. Heck if you are maintaining now, just add a DQ Blizzard everyday or a few tbsp of peanut butter and you should start seeing a gain.2

Small mama here- I can only consistently gain when I’m lifting or working to build muscle (calisthenics at the moment). Try that with eating surplus and in time you’ll see some progress.
And be consistent with the food in your diary. You’ll probably feel like all you’re doing is eating for a few weeks. It’ll pay off though.0
