I guess I should introduce myself before continuing to post!

I'm a 22-year-old male from New York. I weigh about 220 pounds (at 6'1'') and have recently been motivated to lose 30. There are numerous reasons why, but, above all, I want to do it for my physical and mental health. I'm not necessarily looking to become toned and rock hard, but I would like to trim my waist and fit into some of my old jeans.

At my best, I weighed around 165 in high school, when I was around 5'11''. Over the past couple of years, I've let go of myself a bit and now look to regain that control.

Anyhow, I look forward to discussing fitness and getting to know many of you.
