Looking forward to "Reinventing" myself !!

I just turned 60 and thank God that my family "genes" keeps me from looking the part! LoL I am incorperating a change in my lifestyle in nearly "all" my layers of persona and activities. I stopped smoking 6 months ago (cold turkey after 43 years) and that has motivated me to ramp up my health in all areas of my existence. Looking forward to learning, sharing and getting to know the community.
