Motivation comes from within. So what is your goal? Is it weightloss? If so, you just have to eat less (and move more). You also don't stay motivated, you just do, day in and day out, just trying is no good. And if your goal is weightloss, you really just have to "not-do" - eat less. Eating or not eating is ultimately your decision, so nobody can help you with that.0

It doesn’t matter how many times you return, the fact is that you are back. We all go through these dips in motivation but it’s important to reel ourselves back towards the right direction. All the best with your re-route.0
