The kids grew up and I no longer cooked and became more sedentary. I've gained over 30 lbs since January 2018. I have to get back on track and hope we can support one another to attain our goals.

    I would say yes. 50 ish works. Love the glasses! I'm fairly new here too. Everything changes when the kiddos grow up and do their own thing. I've had to re adjust also. More time to think about what I want. Still trying to figure it out. Welcome.

    Yes, you’re in the 50’s so that works! I’ve gone through this weight loss several times now and it’s never stuck. I’m 50 now so I kind of need it to. And even though im doing well this time around, it’s not as easy as when I was younger. Good luck to you! 😊
