Another creation from the PXM Fitness kitchens. Steel Cut Oats with Almond Butter, Yogurt and Berries. This is not your Granny's Oatmeal, Pals. Perfect meal to get you ready for the gym, the office or whatever.
Here's the makeup and numbers...

½ cup Steel Cut Oats
2 Tbsp Crunchy Almond Butter
75ml Plain Greek Yogurt
¼ cup milk (I prefer Almond Milk)
¾ cup H₂O

    That's almost how i like mine, with greek yogurt and fruit. I thought that was weird and nobody else eats it like that, lol. I don't put peanut butter in it, this way i can have a handful of nuts later on.
