Caloric Maintenance

Hey everybody! So I’m 155, and lean exception of my abs. To get more chisealed abs I am maintaining my caloric count of 2500, but Inducing a caloric deficit via cardio. I am looking for a dish that would fit my macros. With many whole day planned, I sit 720 calories short of 2500. I also want to limit my carbs to low or medium and I’m at 160 g at the end of the day. I was wondering if someone would suggest food that would let me hit my calories and not drive up my carbs! Thank you all so much and good luck with your fitness goals as well 👌🏼

    A big steak with a knob of butter.
    Three or four fried eggs (depending on size and how much butter or oil you use to fry them) and six strips of bacon.

    An omelette with low carb vegies and loads of cheese.

    Salmon (crispy skin) with green vegies cooked or drizzled with oil and avo.
