Need help

I have lost a good 8lbs since May 2018 but not I am stuck. I work out just about everyday and meet with personal trainer ( that pay for what you get) and I work at grocery story we on our feet and lifting, on those days i try not to work out because its alot and i do not overwhelm myself.

I am not sure why not losing, i had stop eating so much sugar and cut back on my portion and make better healthy choices.

It seem i can not lose the body fat at all. I really feel disgusted, is there anyway to short cuts ( just joking), I prefer to lose weight the natural way.

Also, I am in school and trying to lose a good 15lbs by December 2018

Any advice please

You've been here since 2011. Have you ever seen the term "calorie deficit"?

So the usual, how are you tracking your food? How do you weigh and measure it? What is your weight, height and calorie in take?

    Without this no-one can help.

And as @kommodevaran said, its all about the calorie deficit, which you don't mention at all.

You are likely eating too many calories. Cut your calories lower until you see steady weight loss. Aim for 0.5 lbs/week to 1.0 lbs/week to adjust.
