I actually jumped in and out of a plank-based yoga sequence this morning. I've never considered that before due to perceived joint pain. But my body just took over... totally shocked me. The resulting giggles were awesome.21

I just figured that in 1955, plutonium is a little hard to come by. If only there were a way to predict the exact moment of a lighting strike...7 -
It's a 2 in 1 victory...first 5k that I ran the whole way since Febuary and I did it under 40 minutes!!

If your garage is anything like my husband's I should think emptying it provided a pretty good first garage work out!14 -
I had to take a link out of my watch bracelet this morning!21

My pants are back to fitting right again after gaining a few pounds back.14

I love this! It's amazing how much weight you can lose in your wrists when it doesn't seem like there's a lot there at first. I can fit my hand around my wrist now. I couldn't before. (:9 -
I noticed my quads were looking more defined the other day.
Also, I have been consistently logging and staying around my calorie goal most days this month.
I need to wear a belt with a lot of my pants now, or I am hiking them up all day.12 -

This is heavy, doc.4 -

This is heavy, doc.
There's that word again, "heavy." Why are things so heavy in the future? Is there a problem with the Earth's gravity?12 -
I moved down to an Aussie size 12 waist, today! (I've changed weigh-in/measuring day from Fridays to Thursdays).
Two more sizes down, and I'll be at goal! This means a lot to me, because I started this journey with my belly being disproportionately larger than any other part of my body.
(Edited because in my excitement, I put the wrong sizes in!)14 -
I have two, although one is hard to call a "victory"
I sat cross-legged on my patio chair, comfortably. It is a normal sized chair with arms.
My favorite pair of knee-high boots are too loose on my calves. Even with straight leg Levi's 501's (Cotton, no stretchy stuff) tucked in they are too loose and slide down.18 -
I started going through my fall/winter type clothes and most of them (all the pants) literally just hung on me. It’s good, in that I’m a lot smaller than I was last year but it looks like I’m going to have to replace pretty much everything.
I came to the conclusion that I have too many clothes and as I do replace things I will be much more discerning. I was still working last year, so my lifestyle has changed. I’m looking into a “capsule type” wardrobe with interest.19 -
I played squash for 2 hours last night - now I am aware probably around 15 mins was spent yakking and I was better than my opponent so I wasn't running around as much as she was.
But my NSV is that afterwards I drove home and was able to jump out of the car in a graceful (for me) and limber fashion. Then sit and lounge for an hour or so and still get up normally and go up the stairs normally!
Last year when I played squash for 40 mins I would get home and gingerly eek myself out of the car, hobble to the door and get a hot water bottle on my lower back then sit for maybe 15 mins before having to move so I didn't stiffen up.
