Yup. Well, compared to mine yours is positively shining with a straight downwards trend.1

Doesn't look out of the ordinary. Weight loss doesn't proceed in an orderly, predictable manner. Here was mine for a 12 month period (gray line is daily scale weights, red line is weight trend):

Wow, okay....so mine’s not too weird. I’m down to 223.6 as of this morning.3

What your experiencing is a plateau. Super common. Try changing what type of workout you’re doing or change the intensity. When your body gets used to a particular exercise, it tends to become harder to lose weight.12

:noway:
Her chart looks like normal fluctuations with a downward trend. I am not seeing any plateau at all.
OP your chart looks completely normal. You are seeing normal fluctuations with an overall downward trend.6 -
Not really seeing a plateau. Every morning I wake up and weigh in, and the numbers keep going down. As of this morning I’m down another 1.6 lbs. since I posted this discussion two days ago.1 -
And on a side note...when I started this journey on July 6th I wore a pant size 3x...now I’m down to a 1x (sometimes a 2x, depending on the brand). I wish I had kept all my clothes from my previous weight loss. I had everything between a size 2x and a size 4. Unfortunately I had given up on ever losing the weight, and threw it all out. Guess I’ll be starting fresh!4

Use the replacement clothes as a reward for losing the weight!3
