BW 149.6 lbs. @59 years old. Goal was to get a 330 lb. deadlift, however, I was sick for a week, lost weight and missed a few days of training
7 weeks til Nationals! You got plenty of time!2 -
I've only been "heavy" lifting for about 3 months. Before that I did years of "boot camp" style classes using 10-15lb dumbbells. I felt like I stalled forever with those weights and just looked way too skinny so I decided it was time for a change. I know my numbers aren't considered heavy for many people, but they are heavy for me, and I'm getting more and more proud of them! I haven't actually tested my 1RM yet, but these are PRs during Crossfit.
Squat: 105 lbs
Deadlift: 115 lbs
Bench: 70 lbs
ETA: I currently weigh 125 lbs and I'm 29 years old.3 -

No Nationals for me this year. I'll be lifting at the 2019 Nationals. Spokane is a bit too far for me to travel4 -

Bummer! Where are 2019's?
Spokane is only 6.75 hr drive for me.0 -
I've only started lifting at the beginning of the year after finally recovering from back surgery last year. My numbers seem pathetic compared to these others but I'm pretty proud.
My max is:
Squat: 115
Bench: 77
DL: 135- not gonna lie, I totally got teary when I hit the plate as did my trainer. He and I have been through hell with my back.

Squat- 215

I started lifting in May of this year. I started off using 5 lb weights and now do 15's mostly, and 17.5 on the last rep. When I started bench pressing May 20th I could do 10 lbs, and thought I would die. Within 7 weeks I'm up to 70 lb max and have remained here for quite some time. We all progress at different times. I go to the gym because one they have more and two its time for me and hubby together. Funny our Friday nights are spent at the gym LOL4

I started lifting last year. I squat 200lbs, bench 135lbs, deadlift 235lbs and OHP 100lbs. These weights are my max . I test them every 4 months or so depending on the program I’m currently following.3

Deadlift 185
Bench 90-going the wrong way3 -

I started lifting at the beginning of the year and haven't found maxes in lifts for months, so I will just use most recent sets:

Squat: 3x235 lbs2 -
If was doing well lifting for 2 years, did NROLFW then SL 5x5...then injury and chaotic life took me out of training for the last 2 years. but I’m back on track now finally and trying to get back to making progress. This thread is very inspiring!! thank you all who have shared your lifts and your plans! I’m starting back at the bare bar, but looking forward to making progress again soon!1

Been there. Had wrist surgery last year. It’s hard to essentially start over but just as rewarding as the first time around.

Squat 90kg
Bench 50kg
Deadlift 110kg
These are working sets, not one rep max
My weights in everything else vary depending on the exercise. Sometimes I have 8kg dumb bells in my hands, sometimes 24kg.
Hope that helps0 -

Squat: 120lbs

Deadlift: 200lbs

Rows: 85lbs

This is an amazing thread! Thank you all for sharing. I always tell people I do "resistance training" because I didn't feel like I was using heavy enough weights to justify saying I lift. Well, *kitten* that, I lift weights!
I've been lifting for about 15 months. 67, 105 pounds. I started after recovery from a tendon injury in my left arm that left me barely able to lift 2 pounds over my head. I train twice a week with a personal trainer.
Dead lift: 115 lbs.
Overhead press: 80 lbs.
Squats; 75 lbs.6 -
It’s good to see I do make progress.
StrongLifts Update:
Squat 140 now 150
Deadlift 185 same
Bench 90 now 1103
