New to keto!

Hey y’all! I’m trying this new thing called the “keto diet” cut carbs and sugar and replace with fatty foods and protein. All I know about this diet is things that I’ve found online after my research. It seems to be the most popular diet right now and works wonders for many people. I want to give it a shot but am completely a beginner at this. Please anyone feel free to share tips/experiences or anything that might point me in the right direction. Also feel free to add me so we can share diaries. (I’m also a huge CARB eater so cutting back all those carbs I could definitely use some suggestions on what to eat now) TIA! :)
