Davey Wavey is a fantastic individual who has a lot of great things to say, and is a fitness inspiration for me. Today he posted a blog article about the negative effects of the word "should." Seeing as he referenced weight loss specifically, I know that there's more than a few people who could make use of this.

Basically it's like "Just Do It.". Or as Yoda might say....do or do not there is no try!

Exactly! Like he says, "should" is a guilty word, and it enables you to make excuses. No excuses! -finger waggle-

"Should" has never been a guilty word for me - it has always helped me hold myself to higher standards and to try harder. It would be a guilty word for me if I were a guilty person, but I'm not.
