Anyone know how to enter HIIT/boot camp workouts in exercise?

I take a Les Mills GRIT class, which is touted as HIIT. It's in the database.0

"HIIT" is not an exercise, it's an exercise pacing strategy. You can do HIIT cycling, running, circuits, rowing, etc. Log it as the exercise you're doing, whatever that is. Most so called "HIIT classes" are calisthenics or circuit training and should be logged as such.7

Most programs trainers are calling HIIT are nothing anywhere near HIIT. It's a fad right now and everybody is jumping on the train without even knowing what it really is.1 -
