HIIT Workouts

Anyone know how to enter HIIT/boot camp workouts in exercise?

    I take a Les Mills GRIT class, which is touted as HIIT. It's in the database.

    I believe "interval training" or "circuit training" are both in there.

    Most programs trainers are calling HIIT are nothing anywhere near HIIT. It's a fad right now and everybody is jumping on the train without even knowing what it really is.
