Motivational friends!

I want to loose weight after having my baby - he’s almost a year old now and I’ve gained 22kg..! Going back to work in a couple of weeks and have to get a new uniform as old one won’t even close over my boobs 😭 Feel like I have no motivation, and my hubby (as much as I love him) always tempts me with takeouts etc.
Looking for friends who are in the same situation or anyone really, and are willing to work with me, motivating each other to achieve our goals 😊

    I’ve been trying to lose my baby weight. My “baby” is turning 4 this winter. It’s a very painfully slow process for me and I’d love to help cheer you along :)
  • I feel you. I've got a soon to be 2 year old and all I've done since I found out I was pregnant is gain weight.

    My kids are older but I’ve also seen the scale going up up up over the past 2 years. I’m afraid I’m going to get diabetes. My husband is a stick and can eat anything he wants. It’s very hard to sit with him while he snacks in the evening!!

    Same! Had my 3rd child a yr ago. I was 245 lbs and i am currently 216lbs. I struggle EVERYDAY 😫 but i always get back up and continue the next day because its a new one 🙂 Stay consistint and you will become mentally stronger and motivated.
