New with no glue

Hi all. 49 yr old male. Used to be fit and healthy in another life went to the gym daily. Fast forward a few yrs and day to day life. It’s all gone a bit pear shape. 🤣.
Not quite sure how to enter food intake accrurately.
Any pointers how to get the best out of this app the easiest way. will be much appreciated.

    Hi! I’m quite new to this app and fitness thing too! I find using the barcode scanner an easy way of logging food. Or I just use the search box for brands etc. 😁
