Hi everyone, I have had MFP for many years, but am finally trying to use it seriously lately. For about 2 weeks now i have been logging daily and trying to exercise and be accountable. I would like to loose about 60lbs in total. Im taking the exercises slow and steady as i have lots of back pain and im trying to work through it. Im Trying to stick to a low carb/Keto type diet and would love any advice or new friends on here that can help.
