Had a work lunch outing yesterday. Was so proud of myself that I ate only my salad while everyone else was eating all the free bread. Now that's an NSV!!4 -

I'm pretty proud of my weight loss so far, even if it does appear to be slow. I don't count calories because I find it frustrating and time-consuming (for me), so instead I try to just be mindful of what I do (or don't!) eat. Although that means it's a bit slower than it could be, I've been steadily losing a bit of weight by doing this (instead of counting calories for two weeks, getting frustrated, giving up, and gaining the weight back).
Also: I'm so proud of everyone's achievements so far!1 -

Okay... I'm getting pretty frustrated. In the past four weeks all I've lost is 1.4 lbs. Does anyone have any words of wisdom for this?0 -
Are you weighing everything you eat? What is your deficit? Are you eating back all of your exercise calories? What are your stats (age, height, goal weight, etc)? I sent a friend request to look at your diary and hopefully try and help. We can figure this out!1

I met my goal challenge of -10 ! WooHoo!! I'm really proud of how I've stayed focused with eating correctly, pushing myself with my workouts and drinking lots of water! I'm going to bump my goal up to -20. I can do this!!!!2 -

I’m Megan and I’m just using MFP to be in a calorie deficit and track my exercise. I'm excited to be making health a part of my summer of fun! I started at 154lbs and hope to lose at least 24 for my ultimate goal!

Aug 30: 243 It seems like my weight wooshes on Monday and drops a little more on Tuesday and Wednesday. It then bounces up a little on Thursday, just in time for weigh in, and then holds relatively steady Friday through Sunday. Not upset since the trend is downward. And really, I'm losing a little too fast. Just kinda neat that I found my body's pattern.
