How do you classify insanity workouts?

Had my 1st taste of insanity today! How do I classify it in my journal's exercise? Is it aerobic? Or is it something more?

I used calisthenics vigorous effort, and I think circuit training would work as well.

I'd agree closer to calisthenics than to circuit training, even though the reps are in the circuit training range of 15-20, but I thought they kept to shorter rests.
Perhaps 1/2 time of each.0 -
