Hi. I'm from Guelph and am looking for some much needed support. I'm looking for female friends in their "middle years" who are just starting out to lose at least 20 pounds. Yes I'm being rather specific but it's only to help my own anxiety and self-image if you can understand that. Good Morning everyone, just wanted to say hello and invite you to a really fantastic group called the FAT2FIT - Weight Loss Challenge and Support Group... This is a really great site for developing friendships and getting to know other MFP participants. Our motto is that we "We can do this, We will do this, Together!" and we really work to do just that...

The challenge is comprised of five (5) teams of approximately 35 to 40 challengers per team (roughly 200 in the group each month). We all compete in a friendly team vs. team weight loss challenge. In addition, each team has its own chat room where teammates encourage, support, motivate and get to know each other. We have some really terrific friendships form. In addition, there are optional weekly group challenges, moderator challenges and even some individual team challenges. You can participate in these or not, it's entirely up to you.

If you are really looking to add friends and want to become part of a family that will work with you helping motivate, encourage and support you - then you should really take a look and maybe give us a try, you'll be pleasantly surprised and glad you did... We would love to have you!
