Is spot reducing possible, and why did I gain a majority of my weight in one area?

Certain medications can increase estrogen, for example:"..steroid medications, phenothiazines, ampicillin, estrogen-containing drugs, tetracycline, digitalis, gonadotropins and cimetidine."

- How much phyto-estrogen is in your diet?
- Do you use estrogen-related chemicals in your home or in your cosmetics?
- Many of today's packaged products contain perfumes, dyes, chemicals that mimic estrogen and are absorbed by fat cells.

I got rid of all of the chemicals in my home. Everything is fragrance / dye free or natural cleaners. Frebreeze and similar products are endocrine disruptors and can actually make it difficult for people to lose weight. I also gave up scented lotions and perfume.
ALL chemicals?
Even Dihydrogen Monoxide?
Especially that one!!! Kills thousands of people every year!.2 -

I wear a juniors size small (2-4) shirt, and a medium (size 6-8) pants.
You cannot spot reduce, that's not how the body works. When we eat at a deficit, our body will pull the fat to use as energy wherever it feels like. My theory is that fat is a jerk so wherever we want it gone first will be last, and wherever we're okay with it, will go first.1 -
