      Te escribo desde Ecuador, retome my fitness pal despues de 2 años tengo 56. Esto si funciona ya lo probé, baje 9 lb. En 3 meses. Me imagino que lo que tu preguntas lo puedes poner en Food o recipes.
      Estoy muy entusiasmada con este cambio que quiero hacer.
