Hi all,
I am still new to keto and trying to figure it out. I recently purchased some low carb wraps online. the total carbs are about 13.0g per serving of 43g and the fibre is 13.7g counting net carbs would that mean there are no carbs ? I'm finding it hard to believe as they look like normal wheat wraps from the supermarket.

wouldn't that be the portion size?
So, yes. If there are 13g carbs and 13g fiber that is net zero grams carbs.

I’m assuming by your username that you’re in NZ? If that’s the case then the carbs on the packets of everything are already worked out as net carbs for you (the only exception to this would be sugar alcohols if you eat anything with those I.e malitol which it’s kinda up to you whether you count it).
So you’ll find that you’ll need to look for net carb entries for fresh produce, anything out of a packet will already be net carbs - makes it slightly more complicated unfortunately but don’t want you being steered in the wrong direction! Try lettuce wraps if you want REALLY low carb wraps - or cut the wrap in half and have as a taco style meal if you want to use those ones and don’t have the space for 13gm carb.1 -

Yes i am in New Zealand. I thought it was to good to be true. After much googling I found out that's how the carb count works in NZ which explains why these almost got me out of ketosis a day after eating 1. Thanks so much x0
