Hello all , my name is Bobbie just downloaded the app so learning my way around. I want to lose just over one & half stone. Im starting the gym tonight as i sit in an office all day not doing very much (excersise, i do work of course) x

Not wishful, but given that you're only trying to lose 21lbs or so you'd be better off not going for such a steep deficit.0

id be happy with a pound a week to be honest0

Try that instead and see how you go, will give you a few more calories to enjoy foods you like0
