Help I need more protein in my diet. I’m trying to avoid powder/ shakes and I already eat a lot of chicken. What else can I eat that packs a lot of protein ?

How many servings of dairy do you get daily? Most of my protein is from chicken or tuna but dairy and nuts contribute as well. I prefer to stay away from protein powders.0

Shrimp has the highest protein per calorie ratio that I found. Expensive, but if you're like me, you're always under on your protein when hitting your caloric goal. Fish should be on the menu at least once a week. Turkey, pork, beef of course. Beans and rice if you're vegetarian.
Why avoiding protein powders? Whey powder works well helping me hit macros, I just get burned out on the powder about half way through the jug. You can get around this by mixing into recipes, like smoothies or breakfast yogurt parfait.2 -
