Body Recomp Questions

So, I’m kind of in a middle ground here. Here are my stats:
Currently I’m 5’8 and 169 pounds, so technically still overweight BMI, although I checked my body fat percentage yesterday and it was 29%, which is supposedly healthy/acceptable range. Either way, I’m pretty close to maintenance. I think I want to lose maybe another 5-10 pounds depending on how it looks. The thing I want to ask about, is body recomp. I’m a breastfeeding mom, so I eat 1700 (.5 lb loss/week) calories a day, plus the 500 calories burned from BF back on top of that, so 2200 calories a day in total. Is this enough calories to gain muscle mass while breastfeeding? Do I need to eat more? Also, will I continue to lose weight? I can only lift 2x a week where I train 2 body parts each time for 30 minutes. I’m not even sure if this is enough to get results but I’m playing the cards I’m dealt here. Any insight is appreciated!

if you want to lose a few more pounds then stick with 1700 plus exercise cals, you may get some newbie gains, but mostly you will maintain what muscle you have.
if you are happy to recomp then eat at maintenance.
a full body workout programme that you can do 2 x a week will get you better results IMO.2 -
