Annoyed and hopeless. I’m tired of counting calories and logging everything to a T. I hit a plateau two weeks ago and I’ve been trying to break it. I’m afraid to go on the scale. I’ve been having a long bout of insomnia and it’s making it very hard for me to function and my sciatica keeps flaring up.
