Hi Everyone!

Ended up here after buying a new scale that recommended this app, then the app said I would lose more weight if I joined the community. So here I am.๐Ÿ˜

I have lost 20 kg this far (over 4 years) from exercising, but would like to lose 9 more (according to the last weigh-in). Expect these to be a bit harder so that's why I thought counting calories might be a good thing to try.

    Hello! I've been more on point by tracking my food consumption with this app.

    But I dont know because I've heard that keeping calorie count is not efficient but I've seen results on me by doing so and exercising. I think the best way to figure it out was on trying it my self lol

    Good luck to you. I'm here for the same reason. I've lost and gained over the past few years and now I'm aiming for healthy. If the scale drops, hallelujah! Starting to cook more and eat out less.

    Sound great, I am hoping to see some results as well. At least it's worth a try.

    Thanks, I suspect that too. That's why I thought it would be good to also start with this as well to keep going.
