Yes thats the plan this time .
Find it so hard to stick to but my big problem when im trying eat healthy is night time I always get hungry about 8/90 -

Dont do stuff thats too hard to stick to then.
Save some calories for an evening snack, check you're getting adequate fat and protein to keep you full?0 -
Tbh im unsure of what to eat im just checking calories and trying to stay under what I can have . I only started today so I know after a wile I will end up realizing what I need to eat more of to keep full0

You can eat whenever you want. And it's normal to be hungry between meals. If you eat healthy, you won't starve. A healthy diet is balanced and varied. Are you getting enough calories, and do you track macros?1

New here ! Started tracking meals this week hoping this works - recently retired so not moving as much as I used to - plan on getting on back to using my treadmill1
