No weight loss in two weeks

Can anyone explain why for two weeks ive done loads of cycling been in a deficit but not losing and i havent put weight on either

    what were you expecting in two weeks? are you weighing all your food? weight fluctuates so to expect a meaningful difference in two weeks is silly - if you are doing everything right you just need to be more patient.

    Lost over 13 kg since jan but up cycling and seem to just stop losing

    A 2 week stall is perfectly normal. Just keep at it, the scale will start moving again :)
