what were you expecting in two weeks? are you weighing all your food? weight fluctuates so to expect a meaningful difference in two weeks is silly - if you are doing everything right you just need to be more patient.2

Lost over 13 kg since jan but up cycling and seem to just stop losing0

If you just increased your exercise, then you're likely seeing normal water retention.8

Ok wil just carry on weight food etc and see2

A 2 week stall is perfectly normal. Just keep at it, the scale will start moving again4

I go through 2 - 6 week periods where the scale doesn't move but then will drop regularly. For me, it's normal. I don't panic and just make sure I'm in a deficit and know the scale will ultimately catch up.6
