Hello ladies! We have a tried and true weight loss challenge / accountability group starting tomorrow. Starting weights must be posted today! If you're interested in joining, here is the link:

Once your request to join has been accepted, you'll need to post your starting weight in the appropriate thread, and there is an introductions thread as well.
