I have found dessert flavored yogurts to fill that void. Also, the 100 calorie snack packs often are sweeter or have dessert type options.

If you are willing to up your calories a bit, some of the Quest bars are around 180-200 calories and many are chocolate or dessert like and fill that void.

How handy are you with baking? A lot of cookie recipes come in around 75-90 calories apiece. Meringues are lower. Storebought, there's always Fiber One bars.

Here are some recipes I've taken from online. I haven't made all of them, but they're on my "to do" list. My diary is open if you'd like some other ideas. Some are out of cookbooks, but I'll be happy to copy them over for you.

    https://www.bhg.com/recipe/yeast-breads/blueberry-peach-focaccia/ (Haven't tried this one)
    http://www.flourarrangements.org/2016/04/simple-vanilla-cookies/ (I got 48 cookies at 78 calories each)
    https://www.thespruceeats.com/low-fat-low-calorie-blueberry-scones-2245755 (I got 31 scones at 57 calories each)
http://www.milkfreemom.com/cinnamon-sugar-mini-donut-muffins/ (when I subtract the unused melted butter and cinnamon sugar, each is 101 calories)

Most stores (at least in the US) have 100 calorie packs of cookies and crackers in their snack aisles.

Sugar free jello would be a very low calorie snack. But anything will do if the quantity is low enough. Six peanuts would do it.

    I really like these:

They should go very well with a coffee.

Pizelles are really good alone, plus you can use them as a base for other low calorie desserts (pudding, fruit, etc.)

I like the Fiber one brownies for a low cal sweet treat, they are around 90 calories. They also have cheesecake and lemon bars I believe.

@jgnatca ooh, looks good! Is that supposed to be 1/3 cup pb2?

I don't have any crisped rice - going to try it with double the oats.

I've been seeing people post jello made from premier protein shakes and unflavored gelatin. I will be trying it this weekend, hoping to have the caramel ones taste like flan.

I’m the same way, love me a cup of coffee and a little treat with it in the afternoons. Rice crispy treats are only 90 calories! And Enlightened makes these Roasted broad beans in cocoa dusted and cinnamon flavors, they are amazing. Only 100 calories a serving with lots of good fiber and protein.

Jell-O Sugar Free Pudding in the refrigerated section... only 60 calories with a half Tablespoon of Natural Creamy PB mixed in... 45 calories for a total of 105 calories.

Pumpkin & Chocolate Chip Muffins Just 3 ingredients... 1 box of Spice Cake Mix, 1 Can of Pure Pumpkin and 60 grams of mini semi sweet choc chips. ~ approx 175 calories a muffin

Dannon Fit & Light Yogurt (love the new Pumpkin Pie flavor that is out, also the Apple Pie, Banana, Toasted Coconut and Blueberry are all good) Only 80 calories with 12 grams of protein and just 7 grams of sugar. I add 5 grams of Kind Peanut Butter Yogurt to add a little crunch... that is an additional 20 calories... so total is 100 calories

Breyers Delights - Chocolate Mini Pint, 1 mini pint 5 grams of protein and 6 grams of sugar ~ only 70 calories

Thomas Multigrain Light English Muffin at 8 grams of Fiber and 5 protein... these are just 100 calories. I slice these into, toast and top with half a Tablespoon of Natural Peanut Butter for an additional 45 calories. Total 145 calories for a filling and healthy quick snack. I often have this as part of my breakfast actually.

Orville Redenbacher's - Smart Pop 100 Calorie Kettle Corn Popcorn... it's a smaller bag (about half the size of your standard microwavable bag... but plenty to be satisfying and filling. Just 100 calories
