    My friend rang me to say her daughter had got a new job today after getting her hours cut drastically in her current position. Then to top that our dear friend who has been through the mill with oesophagus cancer has been told today she's in the clear, it's all gone!! She's going to celebrate with a cuppa!! Not only did it make me smile it fair choked me up too........Happy weekend everyone!

    Knowing I didn't have to go anywhere today. I also smiled while I lay in the hammock on the porch for about 10 minutes.

    Took my 2 year old granddaughter to library storytime today. They bring out toys at the end of the time. She was fascinated with the medical kit and picked up the stethoscope "listening" to the heart of one of the stuffed animals, just like her mother, who is a nurse uses a stethoscope. So cute!
