Your body shape is going to change as you lose weight. For me, my arms thinned out first, then my stomach and back fat. So enter your goal weight, rate of desired loss, and your height and gender into MFP so you'll know your calorie goals. Then, hit those goals every day if you can. You will lose weight, and that's how you do it.
Finally, if you can add in some exercise you'll be even happier with yourself. I took a Body Pump class, which was aerobic and involved some weight lifts. I also took Zumba classes and starting running. The Body Pump class helped keep my arms relatively toned, and all those squats kept my lower half looking good.0 -
1. We cannot spot reduce body fat. That's not how the human body works. Lose fat overall and just hope that your body decides to take it from where you want it gone first .
2. We can spot develop. Muscle on the other hand, we can pick where to develop that. Building a little muscle in the more jiggly area will help minimize the jiggly and can give someone a better overall physique5 -

The best thing you can do is reduce your overall body fat. Genetics picks where it comes off and when, there's no controlling that. But if you lose weight overall, chances are those areas will resolve themselves .1
