Counting Veggies

Are we suppose to include raw veggies and fruit in our daily calorie allotment?

    Yes, you count EVERYTHING. Literally everything.

    Heck ya. Some days I have a large portion of calories from fruits and vegetables alone. They can add up quick.

    You eat it, you log it.
