Lost 80+ on WW. Here to lose my last 20

Hello everyone. I’m Cheryl. I lost 81.1 pounds on Weight Watchers. I LOVE Weight Watchers and I’m so grateful for that program. It changed my life. I’ve been struggling with my last 20-25lbs and I think MyFitnessPal is going to help me dial in my tracking more precisely and hopefully lose these last pounds. I’m 5’2”, 45 years old and weigh 143.3 lbs. The community at Weight Watchers was vital in helping me lose weight and I want to establish friendships here to continue with my journey of health. Any shortys out there trying to lose your last 20lbs? Any Weight Watchers? Any shortys who have hit their goal and maintained? Anyone really, please friend me. 😊

The first covers accurate logging and some of the tools in MFP to help you make things easier. The second discusses caloric needs and setting goals. These two posts completely changed my MFP experience and helped me be much more successful, so I hope they do the same for you.

Congratulations on your weight loss - 81 lbs is amazing and quite an accomplishment! I've been on WW since Jan. 2018 and have lost 40 lbs, with at least another 10 lbs. still to go. Guess that makes me a "shorty." Still go to WW meetings, stay within my points and try to remember to track consistently (still struggle with that one), but definitely like the resources at MFP. I lurk in the community, but have never posted. But I'm always glad to offer whatever support I can to a fellow loser.1

I am a shorty.. 5'2" and I've lost 70 pounds.. with 36 more to go. I am not familiar with WW.. I've just been doing MFP, basically moving more, eating less! You got this!1
