    Smile? No.

    Blow myself a kiss? Yes.

Is that weird? It's weird isn't it.

I do smile at myself in the mirror. Not because I am happy with the way my body looks right now, but I smile because I know I am working to a goal.

Did it this morning, when I was looking at my butt. I used to have what they call noassatall, but it was worse than that - my butt actually went IN on an angle, so yeah.... After all the heavy lifting I've been doing, it's completely changed. It's not a huge butt, but it's actually round and curvy. It gives me hope for my belly. Lots of smiles in the mirror lately. Thank God.

Smile, grin, wink, growl, make silly faces. I love me.

It’s a natural developmental marker to look at yourself in the mirror and recognise yourself also to mimic others facial expressions when you look at them .. so completely natural for most people, think how we as adults open our mouths while spoon feeding a baby without knowing we are doing it .
Some people don’t do it and usually it’s down to a neurological disorder or damage or personality disorder.
