I'm sore - just started out Monday lifting weights and doing cardio....... Per DR advice I'm doing the following:
I lift on Mon and Wed and Saturdays and am doing 30 min light cardio warm up
then 1 set of 12 reps one muscle (full body) one exercise
then 30 min cardio light again (different machine)
